Senior Sales Representative

Finvari’s Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence with construction expense management and payments. The individual in this role:
  • Works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
  • Represents Finvari at industry events and tradeshows nationwide, always representing Finvari in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to prospects through various channels (trade shows, industry events, calls, emails, social media, etc.) to generate leads and create opportunities for sales.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present our product or service offerings effectively to drive sales conversions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to provide regular updates on sales activities, market insights, and feedback from customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales-related information in CRM systems.
  • Build a professional network in order to build a pipeline of business prospects
  • Communicate accurate and timely forecasts to CRO
  • Effectively communicate and execute on sales plans, events and campaigns
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting required sales and revenue targets

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ year experience selling to or managing relationships with corporate clients
  • Construction industry knowledge and sales experience preferred
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must have strong work and moral ethics and self-discipline
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of payments and construction ERP’s preferred

The salary for this role is $75,000 base salary plus a variable target of $75,000 for an On-Target Earnings of $150,000, plus equity.
