We want our customers spending time building the infrastructure of tomorrow, not dealing with manual and repetitive tasks involved with payments.

To support our growth, we are hiring our first full-time Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our values and mission to identify individuals that can help us scale across all departments. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, including hiring strategy, sourcing pipeline, and delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience that builds a diverse and inclusive workplace.

As our first Recruiter, your work will directly impact our employer brand for years to come. As a strategic partner to our leaders, you will help design and lead our hiring and onboarding processes. 

What you’ll do:
  • Full-cycle recruitment -- from role scoping and sourcing to offer and hiring 
  • Work with leadership to implement and standardize process for hiring 
  • Prioritize creating an inclusive and equitable interview process 
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy across multiple channels 
  • Master the Finvari story to optimize our response and close rates
  • Communicate with candidates as they move through the interview process and work to create a one-of-a-kind candidate experience
  • Manage the recruitment process within our ATS (JazzHR) and report metrics regularly to the team
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high growth start-up
  • Experience running multiple requisitions at once across different departments
  • Proficiency with ATS software such as JazzHR
  • Ability to source passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline across a variety of channels
  • Self-starter - A strong desire to build processes from the ground up and make a huge impact on a growing team
  • Committed to prioritizing transparent and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Continually finding innovative ways to attract top talent and delight candidates 
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and goals and communicates these changes with the team in real-time

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 plus equity. Where your pay would fall within that range will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.

This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
